Never Crossed a Finish Line?
In fact, even from the first day working with our clients, we prefer to steer the focus away from weight loss and into fun activities and events that, by their very nature, lead to losing weight. You may not consider yourself a runner, swimmer, or cyclist…but why not? Even if you’re not ready to tackle a particular challenge from day one, we’ll design a specific exercise program to take you where you want to go.

First Steps
Every coaching program, whether weight loss-specific or race/event-driven, starts with a VO2 and RMR test. If purchased in conjunction with our coaching package, special testing discounts apply. After the initial tests, VO2 and RMR follow-ups are included in the coaching package.
