Training in the Zone
The cornerstone of our coaching approach is metabolic testing, including VO2 and resting metabolic rate (RMR) measurements. With your VO2 numbers, we create a plan targeted to your unique metabolic response to exercise. Expressed as heart rate beats per minute, these Zones define the intensity of your training.
Using your RMR number our we can provide you with a sample weekly meal plan designed for the perfect balance of Carbohydrates, Fats, and Proteins. Or, if you want the ultimate nutrition solution, we also offer coaching packages which include complete meal planning and guidance from our Registered Dietitian.Bottom line: what we bring to the table is Knowledge and Feedback...
