Testing
VO2 testing
is the way to measure your cardio fitness and maximize
your workouts. "VO2" stands for "Volume
of Oxygen"
and it is the rate at which you consume oxygen.
The test is performed using a graded exercise test at
various intensities either on a treadmill or a bike.
The results
from the test can be used to pinpoint your target heart
r ate for various workout zones. These workout
