RMR Testing

Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) Testing measures the number of calories you would burn if you were at rest all day and determines if your metabolism is slow or fast.  It also identifies your unique target caloric  zones and eliminates guessing at how many calories you should consume each day to manage your weight.

The RMR test is an important key to unlocking the mystery of your metabolism.  It will show you just what is going on inside of your body.  You will be able to eat the maximum amount possible and still loose weight.

Your RMR is measured with a simple, 15 minute breath test.  During the test, the air you breathe is analyzed to determine how much oxygen your body consumes.  You simply sit back, relax and breathe.
